Who are we?

ProLex Consulting LLC is a consulting company founded by national experts with many years of experience, knowledge and skills in drafting regulations, strategic documents and donor projects that have gained experience in national and international institutions.

What do we do?

We help in writing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating EU projects – Whether you need help in preparing new projects or in implementing and monitoring already approved, our expert team is at your disposal. We provide services to harmonize regulations with the EU acquis – through direct participation in drafting laws and by-laws or preparing comments / suggestions on draft regulations, texts of amendments, as well as services in the field of implementation of the Communication Strategy for EU Accession and preparation and monitoring of strategic documents.

Our first step in cooperation with international clients is to provide support starting from registration of company in Podgorica. Within this process we will prepare establishing acts and submit all the other legal documents required for opening of local office.
